Mr. Matheson was able to sell my house in a down market for a price that my wife and I were happy with. The sale was a bit of a surprise, a different realtor was unable to get our home sold the previous year. At the time we accepted an offer we did not have a plan. My wife and I had given up on looking at new homes thinking ours was not going to sell. So once we accepted an offer we put things into high gear and Mr. Matheson showed us several homes in the area we wanted to live. We found our perfect house and Mr. Matheson coached us through a multiple offer situation and the owners accepted ours. At the time we had two toddlers and an infant and our stress was pretty high.
